Our FFL transfer fee is a flat $25.00 — no hidden charges. This covers all required paperwork for transfers of pistols, rifles, shotguns, and other firearms shipped to our store from any online seller or other FFL dealer.

$75.00 for your first NFA transfer, including initial fingerprinting and setup. Additional NFA transfers are $50.00 after we have completed your initial fingerprints, including future transfers.

$25.00 per month applies to transfers not picked up within one month unless arrangements were made before the item arrived. Items left longer than six months without prior authorization are considered abandoned and become the property of One Stop Firearms.

Yes, we buy used firearms. Bring your firearm into one of our locations and we'll make you an offer. All transactions comply with federal and state law.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), select cryptocurrencies, and USPS Money Orders. If you plan to pay with a money order or cryptocurrency, please call us first to confirm the details before placing your order.

We will do our best to cancel an order at no charge when contacted by 5:00 PM on the day of the order. Requests after 5:00 PM on that date incur a 20% cancellation fee on the purchase price. Original shipping is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Eligible non-firearm returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee with a $15 minimum. Obtain return authorization before sending anything back. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase in unused, unaltered condition with original, undamaged packaging. The buyer pays return shipping; any prepaid return label is deducted from the refund in addition to the restocking fee. Firearm and ammunition sales are final. Our online factory firearms are new and include factory accessories unless the listing states otherwise. Some firearms have our own photos; others use manufacturer or stock images. Images may differ from the actual item. Check the manufacturer product number and description before purchasing.

Yes. You can purchase online and pick up at either our Mesa or San Tan Valley location. Note that all firearm transfers still require the standard background check at time of pickup.

Most handguns ship via 2nd Day Air. Other items typically ship ground, depending on the item and destination. All firearms must ship to a licensed FFL dealer for transfer.

Rifles, shotguns, and other long guns typically ship via ground shipping. Like handguns, they must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. Use our FFL Locator tool to find a dealer near you.

You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Orders typically ship within a few business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a second email with your tracking number.

Not always. Our online inventory may differ from what's available in-store at any given time. We also attend gun shows statewide, which can affect in-store availability. We strongly recommend calling ahead before making a special trip.
