Firearm Transfers & NFA Transfers

Did you purchase a firearm online or from a dealer in another state? We can receive it on your behalf, handle all the required paperwork, and transfer it to you quickly and legally.

Transfer Pricing

$25
Standard Transfer

Pistols, rifles, shotguns, and all other standard firearms shipped to us from any online seller or FFL dealer.

First NFA Transfer

Suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, AOWs, and other NFA-regulated items. Includes initial fingerprinting, setup, and ATF Form 4 assistance.

Additional NFA Items

After we have completed your initial fingerprints, including future transfers.

$25.00 for a standard firearm transfer. $75.00 for your first NFA transfer, including initial fingerprinting and setup. Additional NFA transfers are $50.00 after we have completed your initial fingerprints, including future transfers.

Transfer Storage

$25.00 per month applies to transfers not picked up within one month unless arrangements were made before the item arrived. Items left longer than six months without prior authorization are considered abandoned and become the property of One Stop Firearms.

How a Standard Transfer Works

  1. 1.Purchase your firearm online. Provide the seller with our FFL information. Call us at (480) 646-6356 or email us to get our FFL license copy.
  2. 2.We receive and inspect the firearm. Once it arrives, we verify everything is in order and contact you to schedule pickup.
  3. 3.Come in and complete the paperwork. You'll fill out ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check. Most checks clear immediately.
  4. 4.Take your firearm home. Arizona has no waiting period. Once your background check clears, your firearm is yours.

What to Bring

  • ->Government-issued photo ID - Arizona driver's license, state ID, or passport. Must match your current address.
  • ->Proof of residency if your ID address does not match your current address.
  • ->Payment for the transfer fee - contact us to confirm payment details.

NFA Transfers

We handle transfers of all NFA items including suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, and AOWs. NFA transfers are more involved than standard transfers and take longer due to ATF processing time.

Fingerprinting & Paperwork Prep Tips

  • ->Use ATF eForms - Create your ATF eForms account before your appointment and bring your username and PIN.
  • ->Digital fingerprints - For eForms, you'll need digitally submitted fingerprints.
  • ->Passport photos - You'll need two passport-style photos for Form 4 submissions.
  • ->CLEO notification - ATF no longer requires CLEO approval, only notification.
  • ->Processing time - ATF processing times vary; contact us for help checking your application status.
