Federal law requires all firearms purchased online to be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for transfer. Search by ZIP, street address, city, or dealer name for Type 01 dealers and Type 02 pawnbrokers. Call to confirm they accept transfers before checkout. Dealers can upload a signed FFL so we can keep it on file.

What is an FFL Dealer?
An FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer is a business or individual licensed by the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) to sell, transfer, and receive firearms. When you purchase a firearm online, federal law requires the firearm to be shipped to an FFL dealer, who then completes the required paperwork (ATF Form 4473) and background check (NICS) before transferring the firearm to you.
How It Works
- 1.Find an FFL dealer near you using the search above. Enter your ZIP code to see dealers in your area.
- 2.Add firearms to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to select an FFL dealer during checkout.
- 3.We ship to your chosen dealer. Once your order is placed, we ship the firearm directly to the FFL dealer you selected.
- 4.Pick up at the dealer. The dealer will contact you when the firearm arrives. You complete the ATF Form 4473 and background check at their location, then take your firearm home.
