The Bergara Premier Series MG Lite rifle combines ultra-lightweight design with precision hunting performance. Featuring an XLR Element magnesium chassis and Bergara's proprietary CURE carbon fiber barrel, this bolt-action rifle delivers the ideal balance of weight savings and accuracy.
Built around Bergara's premium two-lug action with a one-piece stainless steel bolt body, the MG Lite incorporates a non-rotating gas shield, cone-shaped bolt nose, and spring-loaded sliding plate extractor for reliable function. The bolt head, gas shield, and shroud are fully nitrided for extreme durability and self-lubricating properties.
Equipped with a TriggerTech Frictionless Release Technology trigger, the two-position safety allows unloading while engaged. The folding magnesium chassis supports a fully free-floated barrel, and the receiver is drilled and tapped for Rem 700 scope bases.
