The Mossberg 990 AfterShock is an ultra-compact 12-gauge semi-automatic shotgun designed for maneuverability and reliable performance. Its 18.5-inch barrel and 5+1 round capacity make it well-suited for defensive applications.
Inside, the 990 features a durable gas system with corrosion-resistant nickel boron-coated internals including the gas piston, magazine tube, hammer, and sear. An enlarged and beveled loading port, elongated elevator, and anodized follower work together for smooth operation.
Outside, the ergonomically designed AfterShock grip includes a rubberized palm pad for a secure hold. The streamlined forend features Mossberg signature texturing and an embossed strap, while the magazine tube extension incorporates M-LOK mounting slots on the sides and bottom for accessory flexibility.
