The Rock Island Armory M1911 A1 Tac Ultra FS is a full-size semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 Auto, built on a steel frame with a 5-inch barrel. This model features an optic-ready slide compatible with commonly available red dot sights using an adaptor plate (plate included).
Designed for tactical and service applications, this 1911-style pistol comes equipped with a Picatinny accessory rail, aggressive slide serrations, and a beavertail grip safety. The fixed Glock OEM-compatible sights allow for easy front and rear sight replacement or upgrade using standard Glock sight posts.
The pistol ships with one 8-round magazine and features a single-action trigger mechanism characteristic of the classic 1911 design. The durable black Parkerized finish provides corrosion resistance for reliable field use.
