Description
This Thompson Center Encore Prohunter barrel is machined from stainless steel and features a fluted design for reduced weight and improved heat dissipation. At 26 inches in length, this rifle barrel is optimized for the 450 Bushmaster cartridge.
The barrel comes threaded at the muzzle with a 5/8-24 pattern for easy attachment of muzzle devices and accessories. Designed as a drop-in replacement barrel for any Thompson Center Encore frame, this component requires a rifle-length forend (sold separately) for proper installation and use.
With a 1-in-16 rate of twist, the barrel stabilizes a wide range of 450 Bushmaster projectile weights effectively.
