The Traditions NitroFire VAPR represents the next innovation in muzzleloading technology, featuring the faster 1:24" VAPR Twist barrel that better stabilizes bullets and expands usable bullet options for improved accuracy in the field.
Built around the award-winning NitroFire platform, this .50 caliber muzzleloader combines a 26" fluted and tapered Chromoly steel barrel with the Elite XT trigger system—a crisp, clean-breaking trigger optimized for hunting with a rebounding hammer and cross block trigger safety.
Designed to use Federal Premium Firestick encapsulated powder charges (209 shotgun primer required, not included), this muzzleloader loads from the breech while bullets load traditionally from the muzzle. The breech-loading design allows for fast, effortless loading and unloading.
