Reason for the Glock 43X Pistol???

The Glock 43X was designed for shooters seeking a balance between concealability and higher capacity, making it an ideal choice for personal defense and everyday carry. Features of the 43X Pistol

The Glock 43X is chambered in 9mm luge and features a compact Slimline frame with a black slide with an nDLC finish. The 10 round magazine capacity makes it ideal for concealed carry.  The aftermarket does allow for expanded options in capacity.  Many options such as the 15 round and drums are available.  As of the writing of this article there is only one version of the 43X.  Nope cant have the 3rd, 4th or 5th generation even though it does incorporate many 5th generation Glock features.

The Glock 43X also shares key design elements with the Glock 48, especially in terms of frame length, making it easier to handle and shoot. The longer grip allows for better control, even for shooters with larger hands. Even with the longer grip it maintains the slimline profile for excellent concealability. Glock 43X MOS

The MOS version is for the more advanced tactical shooter.  The MOS version allows for the shooter to mount specific micro optics as well as a Slim Mounting Rail for mounting accessories.
